We are
looking for staff members that are more driven by a belief in a
vision and by being challenged as a servant than by financial
compensation. For staff members, this is a 24 hour 7 day a week
mission camp experience.

Person
of prayer trying to do God's will.

Twenty-one years or older. If enough 21 year olds do not apply, 20
year olds will be considered for staff positions.

Weekly
participation in the Mass and Eucharist

Has a
healthy emotional and spiritual disposition

Looking
for opportunities to grow in his/her Catholic faith

Fun,
pleasant personality and likes to laugh

Contagious (something about this person is attractive to youth)

Hard
worker without complaining

Is a
positive person that easily encourages, affirms and cares about
others, flexible, open, friendly and adaptable

Can
travel long distance, sleep in tight quarters and has the ability to
be patient if/when other people are rude, or get on your nerves. (In
other words, your head will not explode when encountering people
that are obnoxious.)

Good
driving record. No DUI's. A FBI National background check will
be done on all applicants.
