camp: it is open to
those entering
the 9th
grade in the fall of 2012 and older.
SCHOOL FACTS
Showers - There are plenty of
showers on site.
Program Area - The program
area is in a gym and it is air conditioned.
Sleeping Arrangements - The
campers sleep in the academic building, the girls on the first floor
the boys on the second, both are air conditioned.
Additional Comments - The campus is spread out so you will be
walking from one building to the next for program and to eat and to
sleep, make sure you have comfy shoes.
WORKSITE INFORMATION

The camp is in Nashville but we go to surrounding areas that may be
outside of Nashville. We do a lot of home repairs and painting. We also
work with a day care and a food bank. It is extremely hot in Nashville
the week of camp make sure you prepare the youth for that, for example;
eat all meals, stay hydrated, sunscreen.

Opry Land Hotel:
Once you
see the indoor rivers, waterfalls and acres of tropical
plants you will understand why so many call this hotel a

The “Cascade Conservatory”
which includes a quarter of a mile river, boats rides, four
story “mountain” with a cascading waterfall, a

The “Delta Gardens”
is a 4.5 acre environment which rises 15 stories in the air
beneath a glass domed ceiling with a waterfall that leads
into a flowing river and an 85 foot high fountain.
