the 9th
grade in the fall of 2012 and older.

Facilities
The
beautiful new school is set up around an outdoor quad.
Program area is in the auditorium that is air-conditioned. There
is no formal cafeteria but meals are eaten on tables in a large hall
area or outside on the quad.
Sleeping
Girls will
sleep in classrooms that are well air-conditioned. The Boys will sleep
in an air-conditioned gym.
WORKSITE INFORMATION

Charleston tends to be VERY hot and humid – please encourage your youth
to start hydrating BEFORE arriving at camp and drink plenty of water
while there. Sunscreen is a
must! You will be doing a variety of jobs ranging from home sites where
painting and minor repairs will be done to Habitat for Humanity, working
at a senior center, day care, food bank and projects at disadvantaged
schools.
